“Thoughts from a Southpaw” is partially a compilation of baseball poems, poetry of the game per se, that are visions of how the game is or should be played, stories of personal experiences, perceptions of the “heroes” of the game and issues, present and past, surrounding the grand game of baseball.  There are thirty-three baseball stories in all, composed at various times over the past few years.
